Luiza Dąbrowska

For over 25 years, Luiza has been teaching people how to properly work with their bodies to keep them agile and healthy. She is a personal fitness trainer, jazz dance instructor, pilates instructor, healthy spine instructor, vinyasa and hatha yoga teacher, as well as an aerial yoga instructor (hammock yoga).
Throughout her extensive career, she has had the opportunity to work with diverse groups of clients, including children, pregnant and postpartum women, individuals with posture issues, seniors, and youth.
